Something to get me going for January, Bloganuary.  Day 19: What makes a good leader?

An excellent question! For me, a good leader is someone who listens and encourages and supports their team to express opposing views and lets people do their jobs without looking over their shoulders all the time, but keeps an eye on things and deals with issues as they arise, not when it’s too late.
