A little wisteria from yesterday’s walk.

It’s been a dark week, so let’s try a little pre-Kitten-Thursday!

This is for you, Jill.  And for everyone who just needs an extra Kitten Thursday this week!!

52 Weeks Photo Challenge: Week 35

A challenge from That Girl that Dreams Awake (https://thegirlthatdreamsawake.wordpress.com/) – a 52-week challenge, and this week’s topic is From Above.  (https://thegirlthatdreamsawake.wordpress.com/2017/05/21/52-weeks-photo-challenge-week-35-from-above/)

It’s been awhile, but I am back!  Here are a few pictures I’ve taken in the past few months, from above!

Share Your World – May 22, 2017

And now for this week’s Share Your World (https://ceenphotography.com/2017/05/22/share-your-world-may-22-2017/).

What one thing have you not done that you really want to do?

Wouldn’t you like to know?!?

How often do you get a haircut?

As often as I need to – but, as you all know, it’s not about the haircut

In regards to puzzle what’s your choice: jigsaw, crossword, word search or numeric puzzles?

Any that I can win.  I mean, solve…yeah…solve…

How many cities have you lived in? You can share the number of physical residences and/or the number of cities.

More than enough.  I’m happy to have settled here in old Victoria though!

Cee’s Flower of the Day (https://ceenphotography.com/2017/05/21/flower-of-the-day-may-22-2017-rhododendron/)

Something a little different for this holiday Monday.  The Camas are blooming, so here are a few pictures for you.

A day cleaning up (finally) the backyard

A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/adrift/

I think our backyard is finally pretty much cleaned up.  Now, to get some flowers for our pots in front and back to brighten things up, and get some vegetables planted in the side raised beds.  It’s like summer arrived yesterday in all its glory!

Here are a few pictures from the backyard after we finished up yesterday.

Notice the stone birdbath – we moved that over from our rental house when we sold it earlier this year, and have finally put it in place in the yard.  We originally got this birdbath in Regina when we lived there, so it’s been with us a long time!

Also with us a long time is that stove we moved from the rental in January, and before that from Regina (it originally belonged to Kevin’s mom and dad).  Kevin had the brilliant idea to put a metal pot on top of it and fill it with water, so it is going to become another birdbath!

This stove we got on Used Victoria – and the tubs too!  I love the garden at this time of year!!
