Flower of the Day: May 31, 2017

Cee’s Flower of the Day (https://ceenphotography.com/2017/05/30/flower-of-the-day-may-31-2017-bearded-iris/)

I’m not normally a big fan of petunias, but I liked this one enough to put it in the garden!

  1. This is a pretty one, though.

  2. In the spring of 2004, I planted some purple wave petunias in my border, and those were the most prolific blooms ever! Oh my goodness, I fell in love with them. They grew almost three feet tall, weaving around the other plants. They hung over the rock most gloriously, so much so, I had to lift them so The Mister could mow below! In 2005 and 2006 I tried again, and got meager results. I hope your petunias astound you! 😀

  3. Such a pretty little flowers. Love its colors.

  4. I feel the same about petunias as you do, apparently, but that one is indeed pretty!
