A gardening weekend

A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/detonate/

We spent a lot of time this weekend in the yards – front, side, and back.

In the back, we put a little tiny fern in the old stove.

Added some flowers to pots next to the gnome

and frog

And Buddha

And other frog

A view of the tubs of bamboo behind poppies

And now, along the side, raised beds that look empty now…

And now, the front, where we added some plants in the ground, and flowers in pots!

I am looking forward to seeing the changes as the summer moves on!

  1. Y’all sure have been busy! Your yards look so inviting! 🙂

  2. Yay Emily, this is great 💜 So glad you planted and I love the frogs especially. Have a good week ahead! Blessings Debbie

  3. *applause* Everything looks awesome! I can’t wait to see it flourish!

And I have to say, the fern in the stove just tickles me silly, lol. I love the statues and what-nots you have going on. 😀
