Today, K is for…Kittens

Of course, what else?  I know I just showcased Jasper yesterday, but Kittens are part of my life every day, so it fits my theme.  Not that it matters – K is always for Kittens in my book!  So, just for you (and me) here is a parade of some of the Kittens who have deigned to live with Kevin and I over the years.  They have all been our family, and we miss those who have left us.

Today, J is for…Jasper!!

Like Elliot, Jasper is 8 years old this year.  He is supposedly one day younger than Elliot, although we can’t really be sure.  Jasper joined our household one month before Elliot – they look alike, but are not related at all.  While Elliot is afraid of nothing and a mostly about cuteness and mischief, Jasper is sensitive and regal looking, as you will be able to see in the 8 years of Jasper pictures I am sharing here.

This is also early on, but shows off his spots and long lanky legs.

You can kind of see Jasper’s gorgeous green eyes here.

Today, I is for…I don’t have a clue.

Ever have one of those weeks – hit the ground running at work, and suddenly it’s past quitting time and by the time you get tired you can’t think of anything beginning with the letter I to blog about (and you haven’t taken any pictures at all because you were too busy so you can’t even fake it)?  That’s where I am at today.  So, in celebration of I don’t know, enjoy some completely random pictures I have taken over the past week you haven’t seen yet!

Today, H is for…Hungry

Ok, yeah yeah yeah.  I know this is also Ragtag’s Daily Prompt, but this is my state today.  I was in back to back 3 hour meetings, and lunch was served at the second one (in the time I was at my other meeting), but I had to eat my sandwich during the meeting, and I’ve been starving ever since.  And Kevin is out tonight, and there is nothing in the house to eat, so I need to forage for food shortly.

And then there was these guys, as always ready and waiting for me when I got home (they always know it’s me pulling into the driveway) because I am the giver of food.  They show their appreciation by ignoring me and diving right in.  Well, at least I don’t have picky critters (Even if they are messy…)!

And now, off to forage.
