Blogging from A to Z Challenge: H is for…Hungry (#AtoZChallenge)
Welcome to my April 2019 Great and Powerful Blogging from A to Z Challenge!
I’ve revealed my theme (A picture-story a day (in the life, so to speak)), and as I have every year, I am going to be blogging my theme letters on the fly – this year I didn’t even plan to do otherwise! So, here goes nothing 🙂
Today, H is for…Hungry
Ok, yeah yeah yeah. I know this is also Ragtag’s Daily Prompt, but this is my state today. I was in back to back 3 hour meetings, and lunch was served at the second one (in the time I was at my other meeting), but I had to eat my sandwich during the meeting, and I’ve been starving ever since. And Kevin is out tonight, and there is nothing in the house to eat, so I need to forage for food shortly.
And then there was these guys, as always ready and waiting for me when I got home (they always know it’s me pulling into the driveway) because I am the giver of food. They show their appreciation by ignoring me and diving right in. Well, at least I don’t have picky critters (Even if they are messy…)!
And now, off to forage.

When all else fails … PEANUT BUTTER!
And BACON!!!
Yes!!!
When we had a bunch of cats, they were impossible when we gave them canned food, jumping on the counters, trying to eat as we were getting the food out of the cans, practically mobbing us as we brought the plates out. Now, there are just the two, and they take turns.
These guys aren’t too impatient, but there is a chorus of meows when I set their dishes down!
Is that Nikki? We don’t see much of him, so it’s nice.
There’s always a mess around Cricket’s bowls of food & water and she’s the only one in the house! 🙂
Yes – that’s Nicholas! I don’t know how they manage to be so messy, and of course they don’t eat the food they drop on the floor!
