Blogging from A to Z Challenge: C is for…Chaos (#AtoZChallenge)

Welcome to my April 2019 Great and Powerful Blogging from A to Z Challenge!

I’ve revealed my theme (A picture-story a day (in the life, so to speak)), and as I have every year, I am going to be blogging my theme letters on the fly – this year I didn’t even plan to do otherwise!  So, here goes nothing 🙂

Today, C is for…Chaos (And today’s April Writing Challenge and the April Photo Challenge themes are: Toilet paper testimonials, and Start with A, respectively.)

Chaos – what today was.  A day full of rainy-ness, meetings, and angst about issues relating to our union at work.  Issues which all worked out, BTW.  Finally someone actually complying with the collective agreement.  But I digress.  Chaos.  And rain.  Meaning I did not walk today.  Raining before work, no time at work due to the aforementioned meeting-chaos, and getting home too late (with clouds and a sore knee also playing a role) to feel like a walk.

What about that writing theme?  Let’s talk about Chaos as it applies to toilet paper testimonials.

Someone puts the toilet paper on the wrong way – chaos ensues!  I know, at least they replaced the toilet paper roll.  Chaos of a different kind will be evident when you go to use the toilet paper and the roll is empty – come on, we have all been there.  But perhaps that is too much information.  With our old cat Simon (gone now for many years) we had lots of toilet paper Chaos, to the point we had to replace our toilet paper holder with one that had a lid.  You know what I mean.  Funny – none of our other cats in all these years have shown the same interest in shredding toilet paper.

Now, as for the photo challenge theme, how about some Anti-Chaos? Starts with A, has the word Chaos in it…  What can I say?  It’s been a long day!  Nothin’ Chaotic here!

Thanks for visiting my 2019 A to Z Challenge – Letter C  You can find links to more blogs participating in this challenge at Letter Z, A to Z Challenge Master List (Google Docs).

  1. Our cat is a toilet paper shredder – I have to keep it in a tupperware container. She also likes to play in water, so the lid must stay down! Inevitably, a guest will forget to close it and yes, chaos ensues! 😉

  2. In our house (population 2 adults) I am the official toilet roll changer and since I don’t hear any complaints from my wife then I must be doing it okay. No cats to mess up my system either. All is well.

  3. The chaotic nature of my life has caused me to fall behind in my blogging challenge. I’m not giving up, though, because, well the word challenge means that it is…. um…. challenging (how many times can I say “challenge” in one sentence or should I challenge myself to repeat challenge over and over again until I grow tired of being challenged??)

  4. I used to have a TP Shredder kitty! Oh my gosh, the chaos that brought! LOL Looked like it snowed in the bathroom. Oh how I miss him! I bet you miss your Simon, too. xoxox
