Three Days, Three Quotes #2
While I don’t normally take on nominated challenges, I’ve seen this one floating around for a few weeks and was intrigues. So, I was nominated by The Haunted Wordsmith to add my three days three quotes post to the mix. Thanks for the nomination!

The eternal struggle.
I once performed Green Eggs and Ham with a friend. I played bass, he played something else…drums? I don’t remember now. He is a pianist, but I am pretty sure he was not playing piano. Anyway, we recited Green Eggs and Ham while beatnik jamming. For a concert. It was a hoot!

I love Green Eggs and Ham. The only way I will eat eggs though is if they are just ingredients in a mix for something. Garfield had a comic years ago (must have been close to 30 years ago now) where Jon was in the kitchen cooking eggs and faints. Garfield looks into the frying pan and sees the egg with a little beak sticking up in it and says something along the lines of “Hate when that happens.” Haven’t touched an egg since unless I need it for baking.
I don’t remember that one…probably a good thing!
A Green Eggs and Ham jam sounds awesome! I wish I could have seen that!
