Yesterday I ate out – twice!  What excitement 🙂

First, lunch at The Lemongrass Thai restaurant with friend Darca, who is finished Law School now and heading back to Saskatchewan next week.  I’ll miss her!!

Oh, and the curry was yummy!

Then, last night, off to Zambri’s for crispy pork shoulder with Kevin.

First, eggplant and beef crudo for appetizers…

Then, the crispy pork, with crispy broccoli.

I love a day when I don’t have to cook OR wash dishes!!
