Saturday night yums

So, Saturday night we ventured out into the darkness to have dinner at Il Terrazzo, a local Italian restaurant.
We had a gift card, so, even better!
A little wine…
Tuna and scallop salad for appetizer (which was amazing!)
Then duck for Kevin,
And chicken for me. Now, I never order chicken in restaurants for some reason (guess it’s because we make it at home all the time), but this one, with prawns and polenta, was very yummy! So, lesson learned – try chicken in restaurants more!
And, in the end, this was the scene, so satisfied, with no room for dessert, we headed home.

Love the clean plate at the end. Last year in one of the party – my plate was only clean and the waitress complimented- I like the finisher like you.
Well, that was Kevin’s plate. I think I had a bit left over on mine… I like posting pics of the clean plate though. I think I once had an entire post of clean plates!
