So, it’s Wednesday, and I just want to say how much I love working out first thing in the morning.  Even though I hurt all over now (why, oh why, do we live in a 2-story house???)  Of course, I love it a lot more after I am done than when I am getting out of a nice warm bed to head into the rain to get to my workout.

Now I am ready to work all day, and then go for a nice picture-taking run later.
