A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/hyperbole/

I’m still avoiding the prompt, as I don’t believe it is hyperbolic to say that this week seemed way longer than one week.  I feel like I’ve been through the wringer, but at the same time that I have come very close to the end of a long journey, although I am not totally convinced by the sign telling me that I am almost there.  I’ve seen that sign before.

Anyway, cheers to the end of a long week, and to a weekend of letting go.
