A storm’s a’coming – I mean a real one (as opposed to the metaphorical ones that are part of normal life these days…)

A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/subdued/

Not subdued today, the weather, that is.  There are predictions that the biggest storm in 50 years is going to invade us later today.  So, of course, people are trying to figure out where to go to watch it!  Gotta say, I am going to be happy staying in with Kevin and the kitties, in front of the fire, eating turkey soup!!

Is the largest storm in 54 years coming Saturday? Where to watch nature’s fury

  1. They’ve mentioned it on the TV weather. Y’all keep safe! 🙂

  2. Many blessings to you Emily! Would love to see photos of what you guys eventually decide to do. 🙂 Take care, and be safe.

  3. Stay safe! It’s hitting us now…

  4. Storm chasing is great fun. 🙂 We haven’t been able to go storm chasing in a while, though. I miss it. I hope that you and your family and home will make it through whatever lands your way. Have a blessed weekend!

    • It’s all good here – unless it hits later!!

      • Hopefully, it will be far milder than expected when/if it gets there. Back home in South Carolina got really battered by Hurricane Matthew. Maybe it won’t come knocking on your door after all. 🙂 Storms have changed direction before. There was a typhoon headed to where our Marine was and we prayed like the dickens. It turned away from Okinawa, praise the Lord! Have a blessed day. 🙂
