Here are a few random shots from my day yesterday.

A gate leading up the hill to a gorgeous yard and a big big house which just has to have a view.

Leaves on the ground.  It always starts in July, and I go “WTF???”

Kitties, unamused that I am disturbing their busy sleep time.

And below, what I have already identified as the cherry on top of my week.  If you don’t know The Tragically Hip, you need to find out more.  It’s both a story of a great Canadian rock band, and a tragic story of a lead singer, Gord Downie, recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer (http://www.thehip.com/news/an-important-message-from-the-band/) on his last tour (and the farewell tour for the band).
