A Garden Glimpse
A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/a-journey/
Let’s see what’s going on in the old garden these days….
Chicks and Hens blooming
Some new dahlias
Lamb’s Ear and bee
Beans … there will be beans!
Bee Balm going crazy!
Roses – love the roses
I can’t remember what these are called…but they are blooming big time!
Zucchini
Some kind of onion or something
Little itty bitty squash
Potatoes a’bloomin’
Lots going on out there these days. It’s a fun time of year!!

Great garden! I love the Lamb’s Ear – first time I’ve heard of it. ☺ Blessings, Emily.
It’s gone a bit crazy this year – I have to split it this fall and move some of it…
What a beautiful garden. Your photos are just excellent. Thank you for sharing them. 🐞
Thanks! The garden is going well, considering three years ago it was nothing but a bed of weeds.
My chicks and hens all died and I have never seen lambs ears bloom. I love your pictures. I now want every plant featured. I do have the nameless flower and I am not able to name it. 🙂
Thanks! I’ve never had to worry about the chicks and hens…they grow like weeds out here!
I think I need to plant them in dry areas. Does that make sense?
I think they like it better on the dry side than too wet…
