A Thursday walk
A response in avoidance of the Daily Post’s Writing Prompt https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/city/
So, yesterday I walked down to Ogden Point. I’ve posted about Odgen Point before, so am including here some images of things I saw there that are different from the norm.
Me standing on the human sundial. The time was pretty accurate!
Random seagull
Lots of boat action yesterday
The plaque on the lighthouse I never noticed before
Random view on my way back to the street
And then…then I walked through some of the nearby neighbourhoods and saw these things on Pilot Street. I don’t know whose brilliant idea these were, but I LOVED them. Little elf houses (well, that’s what I’m calling them) all up and down the street. One of the many quirky hidden gems of James Bay!
Wonder what I’ll see today?

Exactly!
Ahh! So adorable! I love that people made those! 😊
I know – I’d love to know whose idea it was!
Particularly like the sundial picture. Very surreal.
Thanks – it’s a cool sundial! But not quite so cool when it’s cloudy 🙂
Love the sundial!
I sent my mother stuff for a fairy garden at Mother’s Day and I haven’t seen a single photo of it in her garden…hmmm…thanks for the reminder 😉
Time to check up on that fairy garden I say!
Love the elf gardens.
🙂
I love love love the little elf/fairy homes! What an epic idea!
The human sundial is pretty cool, too. That’s one way to know you’re right on time! 😀
Doesn’t work so well when it’s cloudy though… 🙂
