It was a quiet-ish day yesterday.  Dad and I walked down to Fisherman’s Wharf and then up for lunch at the Heron Rock Bistro (http://heronrockbistro.ca/ – they make a yummy brunch!).  I did not take pictures.  Sorry.  Just didn’t feel like it.  Then a quick errand to the paint store to get primer and paint for the upstairs hallway, and then waiting for some guys to come and take off some of the eaves troughing so we can have fascia boards repaired today.  Fun times, eh?

But, the painters did put on some colour for us in the midst of completing the priming.  Here is a sneak preview of the house to be…

with red decorative pieces to match the shingle colour.

It will be like a completely new house when it’s done!
