Your prompt for JusJoJan January 22, 2025, is I’ll try.
I’ll try to give people the benefit of the doubt even if they abuse the fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you rule. I just want to know how many times you are expected to forgive someone for screwing you over before you just walk away. Guess really though forgiveness is about you, not about the other person, not about letting them off the hook for being assholes, not about having to trust them again, and not about wanting to have anything to do with them again. You can forgive and walk away if that’s what you need to protect yourself. I’ll try to remember that.
And just enjoy a lovely January sunrise.

Well, I am not from Australia or New Zealand, so I am not sure I have a lot to say about antipodean, except that I would love to visit someday. It’s a really long trip though, so I would need some time for that visit. Maybe when I retire in a few years…Although Lucy does not look happy about the thought of us being away that long…
