I don’t know what directions my flower pics will take this year.  For now, I will just play it by ear and see where my fancy flies!

    This playing around is great but quite often it doesn’t work, meaning it doesn’t result in an interesting aesthetic solution like with these flowers here. But actually this doesn’t matter. It’s important where it may lead to.

        As I was researching about perception and aesthetics at the end of my academic carrier,I am interested why do you think that your photograph turned out pretty well. What makes it turn out out pretty well for you?
        I have seen such pictures quite often before and I prefer clear colours therefore I suppose it’s a first step but long to go.
