Today, “Poisoning the brickwork”.
I will never understand why people paint brick. If you ask me, it’s just poisoning the brickwork. Myself, I prefer it natural with or without moss and other amazing things that seem to be able to grow wherever they want creeping from between the cracks.

So timely you should mention this. New neighbors coming next door. First thing they said to me, “We’re going to paint the brick.” WTH??!! I would never paint our brick house. I did manage to pull off all the ivy that had been growing rather haphazardly, but paint? Never.
