Me too! It may not be super cold here, but Victoria houses are NOT insulated!!
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr … I feel your pain, for I have lived in a similar house at one time. Meanwhile, it is snowing here … about 2″ so far, with 1-2″ more expected.
