A to Z Challenge: I is for Imperfect (#AtoZChallenge)

Welcome to my April 2018 Great and Powerful Blogging from A to Z Challenge!

Today, I is for Imperfect.

Well now, what is a perfect photograph anyway? I don’t know, but I can tell you that I take a lot of less-than-perfect photographs. In this digital age, that’s ok because it’s easy to delete them.  But I’m wondering more and more if the imperfect ones aren’t more interesting.  Here is a sampling of some of the ones I’ve kept…imperfect because focus, motion, or just not getting the image I had in my mind.  But sometimes that ends up being more interesting!

Thanks for visiting my Letter I, A to Z Challenge post.  You can find links to more blogs participating in this challenge at Letter I??, A to Z Challenge Master List (Google Docs).  Stay tuned for J is for… Tomorrow!!

  1. Love that cheeky cat smile 🙂

  2. Love the kitty photos! The smiling kitty is just purrr-fect! 🙂

  3. I’m another fan of kitty pictures, perfect or not…

  4. Looks like you caught the Cheshire Cat.

  5. I was reading an article several years ago that brought this up – back when all we had was film, you ended up with “bad” photos. But at the end of the day, a lot of those “bad” photos were the ones you ended up liking the most. There’s something to be said for imperfection and not trying to make everything perfect. Life isn’t perfect, but that’s what makes it interesting!

  6. They’re good, and smiley cat is perfection!

  7. Bahahaha! That face!! Both of them!

“Look at my teef, my teef are amazing!”

“Oh la-dee-dah, like no one’s ever seen cat teeth before”

    They are so expressive!

(I know it’s the same kitty, but it kind of looks like 2, having a conversation. 🙂 )

  8. Love the smiling kitty 🙂
