So, we have been getting a lot of rain lately. Not entirely unusual at this time of year, but I had heard that it rained 27 days in October, and November has been similar, if slightly less. But at the same time, it hasn’t really felt like winter. In fact, yesterday was so nice in the morning, I didn’t even have to squeegee the car (I rarely have to scrape in our area, but usually have to squeegee at this time of year). And this was the sky when I got to work.
I think it’s supposed to be another nice one today! Happy Tuesday all 🙂

The ‘MurKan relatives arrived safe and sound for a Saturday morning brunch.
It was light outside, but we still needed candles in the dining room!
With permission, my Aunt along with the Christmas-sweatered bottle of chocolate wine my cousin brought up for us!
Finally, a peacock posing as Kevin, my Uncle and Cousin and I went for a walk after brunch (my Aunt went to mom and dad’s place to see their new bathrooms!)
And thus ends our visit with the ‘MurKans!
Caturday welcomes relatives from another land

I’ve decided to celebrate Caturday again today as I didn’t think much about taking pictures yesterday due to house cleaning and meal prepping for ‘MurKan relatives coming up to visit today. Yes, my Aunt Carol, Uncle Bob (so when you say “Bob’s your uncle!”, I say “Why yes, yes he is!”) and Cousin Julie are coming for a post-‘MurKan Thanksgiving brunch in Trumpless-land. Hopefully I’ll remember to take pictures of today’s festivities!
Yesterday’s pictures, therefore, consist of Jasper caught in the act of enjoying the Christmas garland, and Elliot…well Elliot exhausted from his day. So, Caturday it is!
