Share Your World – 2016 Week 44

And now for this week’s Share Your World (https://ceenphotography.com/2016/10/31/share-your-world-2016-week-44/).

What was your favorite subject in school?

I have to think about that for a minute…probably recess – and don’t tell me that wasn’t a subject!

If you could have a servant come to your house every day for two hours, what would you have them do?

Only two hours?  That’s not much of a servant…

Where did you live when you were in the third grade of school?  Is it the same place or town you live now?

Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  A place of hot, muggy summer, and cold, cold winters.  Now I live in the part of Canada where there is no winter, and very happy I am to be here!

In your opinion, list some places that are great for shopping?

No place.  Shopping sucks.  The only time I have fun shopping is when Kevin and I are grocery shopping together.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I am grateful for all the wonderful birthday wishes from family and friends, and am looking forward to starting November fresh with blogging and workout challenges!!  Also, listening to Christmas music without people staring (too much).

  1. Shopping does suck…unless it’s at s flea market or peddlers mall. I love the hunt amidst the junk. 😃

  2. David E. McClendon Sr.

I agree; I hate shopping. We have two seasons here, hot, and hotter. It did get down to a dreadfully cold 65 degrees here this morning. We will have to fire up the heater soon. I can’t imagine it getting any colder than that. We would love to have a fall and winter. The leaves do not fall off the trees in the fall here. When it gets spring time, the new leaves push off the old leaves. Have a great week.

    • The leaves do fall off most trees here, so we know it’s winter, I guess. Oh, and the rains are also heralds of winter…sigh… Have a great week too!

  3. I’m sorry that I missed telling you happy birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY! It isn’t late if you say it loudly. haha
I don’t like going shopping either. I’d almost rather starve than go shopping, but my tummy isn’t the only one involved here, so, we go.
Recess…and music, those were great subjects. I didn’t think of those…oh yeah, and lunch. 🙂
Have a great week and a Happy Halloween. 🙂

    • Thanks so much!! I forgot about music and lunch too… I have forgotten pretty much everything else about those days… Happy Hallowe’en!

      • You’re welcome. 🙂
I remember very little about my childhood, too. I remember the autoharp and “My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean”; Shoo-Fly Don’t Bother Me and my long, red, granny dress; AND, the best part of recess was when the special lady came once a week and we got to run around in a circle holding onto the parachute fabric, whoosh it up into the air, and then run under it. 🙂
        Happy Hallowe’en to you, too!

  4. Happy Birthday wishes. Hope you have a wonderful year.
