Oak Bay (the area I was walking in) has this thing about random painted pianos being set up in odd locations during the summer. I think that’s what this is, but it is one of the more random locations I’ve noted!

No – I think it is just one of the random pianos you find around town during the summer. I wasn’t expecting one there though!
