So, what is cadet blue?  I mean, aside from being a shade of blue.  I mean, I guess it’s the colour of uniforms of some kind of cadets.  I did a quick search and didn’t find anything telling me where it came from.  Someone’s brainchild I guess.  I do know that sometimes it’s called “cadet grey” though!

Enough chatter…here is my interpretation of cadet blue.
