this is a captivating photo for me due to the intriguing cast of shadow and the infinity beyond the pier.
Thanks! The weather really supported me on the shot too!!
I love the lines and curves as well as the sense of going on forever.

This is a fabulous walkway and the lines are superb too. You even got my new badge. 🙂
Thanks! I like the new badge!!
Oh now that’s pretty. Where was this taken?
This is the Ogden Point Breakwater in Victoria, BC Canada.
Beautiful!
Congratulations! I have chosen this post to be featured in my Cee’s Which Way Photo Challenge.

I hope your week is terrific.
Thanks so much! I hope your week is terrific as well (count mine as definitely so now!!!)
Fantastic pull into the distance. would have loved to have walked the breakwater that day.
Thanks! It was a beautifully sunny day, but very windy. I was happy the railing was there! Thanks for visiting!
What a beautiful shot!
Thanks very much! And thanks for visiting.
It is a captivating photo. I can see someone walking the length of the pier, continuing to the hills and straight on into the luxurious blue sky.
Thanks! It did turn out pretty well…although it doesn’t show how incredibly windy it was that day.
