If you were asked to spend a year living in a different location, where would you choose and why?

Why on earth would I want to be anywhere else, especially at this time of year?  And, if I were to go somewhere else for a year, it sure wouldn’t be to study (at least, not in the formal sense).

I can’t get enough of spring out here.  And I can hardly wait to see what I see today!
