      It’s a close-up shot of the front of the balcony in the concert hall I was at last night as I was contemplating jumping. I confess I felt there was no escape from the concert (ok, it wasn’t all bad. I liked the first piece – it was 5 minutes of the 2 hour concert…) But somehow I survived to post my shot!

        Now you have me intrigued: what was the music? And I feel for you re that trapped feeling: as kids, my mother used to drag us off to ‘symphony concerts’ on Saturday nights … oh, the suffering! 😀

        That’s funny (I’m replying above because I can’t reply to your reply to my reply…go figure.) I used to play in the symphony! This concert was solo piano of very contemporary (and very slow and very soft) music. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep at one point. Probably a good thing.
