Afraid my friends didn’t drink tea. Maybe pizza? Yes. Pizza. Now I’m hungry…

What was your first job in adult life?

Presumes I ever became an adult…

Do you enjoy shopping (food, clothes, gifts etc)

I enjoy putting things in virtual shopping carts and then leaving the site. Phew!

What was the best bargain you ever got?

That would presume I am any kind of bargain shopper at all. Better to ask Kevin…he is an expert at finding great things on our local used community. Me? I am more likely to ask if I can pay more…sigh…

I don’t get on anything with them except the phone since they don’t live nearby.

What is the nicest thing anyone has ever said to you?

You can retire in 5 years! Well, technically, the only person who said that to me is me, but it was a nice thing for me to say…

What was your favourite ride/stall at a fun fair?

Well, we don’t call them “fun fairs” here, but I try to stay as far away from them as possible because, well, not fun.

Would you like to be a child growing up in today’s world?

I think I would prefer to be a cat. Just taking naps and not worried about anything except making sure I got my dinner on time.

Come on, now. Do those things really work? I tried one once and all I did was make it so the dust was evenly distributed everywhere…

‘Ball’ thingie? I admit to being intrigued, and slightly embarrassed…

Do you own anything that has to be hand washed?

Probably, doesn’t mean I hand wash it.

Do you use, or have you ever used, a laundry service?

Yes. It was called mom back in the day before she got wise and taught me how to do my own laundry…

No, but right across from our kitchen is a room we turned into a pantry! Believe it or not, this room was a “bedroom” in the former B&B iteration of the house. This was a weird place when we bought it.

Does your home lack something you wish it had? (ie. an open fire, second bathroom, garage, etc)

Owners who are good at DIY.

 Peanut butter. I would say chocolate chip, but you might try to sneak raisins in there…

 Yes. I even used to bake tons of cookies for baking swaps at Christmas. Alas, those days are long gone. But I do enjoy the baking of others!
