“This week is all about taking photos of things that are far away in the distance.  If you have a wide angle lens this would be a perfect challenge for you.  Most any landscape photo would work well for this challenge.  Also if you are into macro photography remember distance is all a matter of perspective.  Have a lot of fun with this topic.”

I don’t have a wide-angle lens (or maybe I do and just don’t know it…), so here are some of my interpretations of this theme.

“Your vehicles this week can be vintage or right off the assembly line.  They can be rusty and crusty and found somewhere in the an old barn or in the woods.  They can be extra shiny and prime for show.  They can be everyday vehicles or made of the Indy 500 or ready for demolition.  Have a lot of fun with this topic.  Sepia tones and selective color are always allowed in this challenge.  I just want you to have some fun with your photography.”

I don’t take a lot of photos of cars, trucks, or motorcycles.  A few of buses and boats, but that’s NOT the challenge!  So, here we go…

“This week’s Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge (CB&W) topic is  Steps:  indoors or outdoors.   Stairs can be glorious and beautiful.  Then there are stairs that are small and strictly a means of moving up and down.  Did you know that generally stairs are usually considered indoors and steps are usually considered outdoors.  I read that once and I don’t remember where I saw it.  So let’s find us some steps or stairs for this week.”
