Hmmm…somewhere along the line I appear to have lost Week 3…

Well, what do you know?  I’ve been posting pics of food again…here are some from last night’s dinner!

A little avocado (we love avocados – mine with just salt and pepper, and Kev’s with some thick balsamic drizzled over it.)  These are definitely a little over-ripe, but they are still delicious!

And for the BBQ, some asparagus (a favourite!)

Porkchops, split and stuffed with spice and folded over again

Skewers of little prawns

And, the final product!

To be washed down with a little Fat Tug (if you aren’t familiar with the IPA known as Fat Tug, you don’t know what you’re missing!)
