 Today, E is for PSExpress.

If you have always wanted to be a Photoshop person, this might be the app to start with. It links with Photoshop if you have it installed on your computer, but I didn’t try this function. You can still do some nice things – this is an editing app, but also has filters and effects, and can create collages. I think it’s a lot more powerful than I know right now but I got pretty confused with some of the features (like layering….I’ve never been able to figure out layering…)

The basic modes are Edit, Retouch, Mix, Collage.  Within Edit, you have Themes (which have fancy stuff on them), looks (filters), overlays (effects), crop, adjustments, heal, eyes, text, stickers, borders, PS Effects (links to PhotoShop).  Retouch is for faces.  Mix allows you to isolate a subject and replace a background.  Collage, well, create collages!
