Something to get me going for January, Bloganuary. Day 2: What is a road trip you would love to take?
Road trip? Let me tell you, I would be happy taking a road trip to a restaurant for a nice dinner out.
Truth is we don’t do a lot in the way of vacations in general, and then are both pretty much homebodies. Considering we have mountains and oceans and great photography opportunities right nearby here, and live in a city other Canadians come to vacation in, why would we want to go anywhere else?
Someday maybe we will find a good kitty sitter and head out of town for a couple of days, but then we would miss the kitties…

We have a wood stove, but the scene in front of it can look very similar.

Does make sense. Why take a road trip when you’re surrounded with beauty everywhere?
