It’s not broken … just neglected! It needs a little TLC … beautiful old building!
Unfortunately, sometimes a little building TLC is too much $$ for a city to commit to. Don’t know which direction this one will go in…
True, but I would argue that renovating an old building with irreplaceable craftmanship is at least intrinsically of more value than tearing it down and putting up a faceless glass & steel building with no personality. But, that’s just me … I like old buildings, old furniture, etc.
