RagTag Daily Prompt: Ebullient
A response in starting over with a new daily avoidance (or non-avoidance, as the case may be), here with the Ragtag Daily Prompt (https://ragtagcommunity.wordpress.com/2019/01/09/rdp-wednesday-ebullient/), today is Ebullient.
Hmmm…an upbeat photograph. Let’s see what I’ve got…How about some new colourful money? This is the $10 bill I got from the coffee place yesterday. It’s new – both in its layout, and also that it doesn’t picture some old white dude (or the queen). No, this is Viola Desmond, and you can find out more about her here: https://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/a-giant-step-forward-new-10-bill-featuring-viola-desmond-to-enter-circulation-1.4182073 and here http://www.blackhistorycanada.ca/profiles.php?themeid=20&id=13. Oh, and it’s also a rather ebullient colour!

You do have colorful money. No, ebullient money! My local produce store refused to take my Canadian dime. I didn’t even realize it was Canadian….geez, Louise!
I do love our money – loonies and all!
I didn’t get any of these new bills yet… I am not used to the look, it seems a little fake LOL The difference little details make, uh? 😛
I was surprised when I saw it but I liked the out of the box, so to speak, thinking that went into the design!
Gosh that’s pretty money!
It really is!
Other countries have interesting looking money. I like this one. Ours is so boring.
Yours is boring 🙂
