Precious! This happens with our two cats a lot during the Christmas season. I call it, “Saying hello to Baby Jesus!” LOL!

I have the same white angel (in your creche) from when I was a child – it hung on our tree and came to me because my sibs knew how much I loved it. Presumably, an inexpensive ornament from the 50s, it is still a family ‘treasure.’
In all honesty, I can’t remember where it came from. I think my mom and dad, but it’s a forgotten mystery now…
Eliza, my mother had almost the exact Gloria angel in this nativity. I know she said it came from Woolworths, either in the late 50s or very early 60s. My sister has it and displays it every year. It is so sentimental to me.

I don’t think they noticed it until Thursday – it’s all taken down now though…
