Forgiveness Friday – A Friday Walk
Today, for Forgiveness Friday (https://forgivingconnects.com/2017/07/28/todays-forgiving-fridays-take-the-road-less-traveled/)
I got frustrated today – not feeling great (cold coming on?), painting prep taking too long, and all the storm of crap going on south of our border. I needed a walk to calm down, and help me forgive myself for getting frustrated with all this stuff out of my control.
Here are some things I saw on my walk today.

Every day is a new adventure. Laugh or cry? Oh, hell–let’s do both.
You gotta do both!! Happy Friday to you 🙂
Emily, what a beautiful and creative contribution for Forgiving Fridays! This is a fantastic way to forgive – by moving our bodies and getting in nature. (Funny, I just went on a run this morning and did forgiveness). I hope that you are feeling better, and the beauty of nature helped to bring soothing inside of you. Emerson has a great quote how the Earth laughs in flowers. I love that one. Blessings to you! I’ll share this blog post for Forgiving Fridays next Friday!! 🙂 🙂 Debbie
Feeling better for sure – a walk always helps, even if it’s hard to get out there sometimes. Have a wonderful weekend!
Love the pictures … just looking at the pics is calming. You’ve been working too hard on your spackling/sanding/painting project and need to give yourself a break! Put Kevin on the ladder today while you do something fun! 😉
Thanks! But I haven’t really been working that hard. But at least I see a little progress every day 🙂
