Kitten Thursday, a glass of wine, and a political statement

I don’t normally post political statements here, but yesterday ticked me off.
But while some people may be stupid, inconsiderate, and unkind, kitties are very smart (as well as cuddly and happy to snuggle when you’re feeling crappy), as Jasper and Elliot (and Nicholas, although he is not pictured here) will attest to. Suffice it to say, kitties and a glass of wine were a welcome sight for me coming home after work. Kevin was a welcome sight too, although he came home later after wine and kitty cuddles.
As for the political statement, I thank my work colleague Bob for finding it. I think it needs to find a place on my Facebook page too…

How does it happen that a man so despised could become a major party’s nominee? It boggles the mind. Bring on the kitties! Bring on the wine!

I once years ago had a cat that looked just like the guys in your photos. Sweet Jake reincarnated. Cat cuddles can help in this trying time.
