Emily–I have a question for you. When you switched to WP Premium, I remember you said your domain changed from WP.com to just .com. Did you have to make .com your primary domain? Did you lose any followers? I will need more space for photos soon and am contemplating upgrading but don’t want to have to start all over. Thanks!
Hey! You don’t have to invest in a domain name to upgrade to premium. I just kind of wanted to be zombieflamingoes.com so I did it at the same time. And I upgraded for the bigger storage space. When you do add a domain name, it re-routes your old URL to the new domain name, so I didn’t lose any followers or anything. The whole process was much easier and seamless than I was expecting it to be. Hope this helps!
