Mundane Monday

Yesterday was an exciting day. We, well Kevin, put up the new hose retractor machine thing. It automatically retracts the hose when you’re all done! I think it’s solar batteries, but I could be wrong…It’s cool at any rate.
It was also the first cruise ship of the season. Apparently there will be many more ships this year, and they will be staying longer. Time for “Dodge the Tourists”!

Now, since I’m on vacay this week, it’s time to clean the house in anticipation of best friend Susan from Regina coming to visit!

That looks like a nifty hose reel. I must show this to hubby…..when he gets down from the scaffold. 🙂
What the heck is he doing up on a scaffold?? It is a nifty reel though…
He’s putting up wooden beams to fasten the new ceiling to. 🙂
