I don’t have much to say this morning. I’m too tired. Today will be the second day back at work after the Holiday Break, and in some ways it already feels like there was no break. It will definitely feel that way after today because I am in wall-to-wall sessions. But it’s all good. As long as there are days when I am not in wall-to-wall sessions to catch my breath. Unfortunately, there isn’t another one of those until next week…sigh…
Oh, and I still don’t have a desk…just saying…
I did manage to get out for a walk yesterday at work – here are a few sights. Only a few. It was rainy and cold and January, so not a lot to see…

My hellebores in the garden are also in bud, and they are the later variety, the pink ones. It has been a very mild Winter this year, even in Switzerland.
They always bloom later in January/early Feb here, but it seems earlier than usual…

Ok, what is all this about a desk? Or non-desk, as the case seems to be?
Well, I changed offices in September, and there is only a table in the office for me (I have an office mate who has a desk). They were supposed to order one last May, but didn’t until I reminded them in October, and it hasn’t come yet – or so I’m guessing because no one actually tells me anything. By the time it comes, I will have changed offices again (I’m moving again in March)…sigh…
Oh my! That’s horrible…sitting at a non-ergonomic flat table all day. So bad for the spine. To arms! Where’s the petition? We’ll get that desk for you!
Yeah, it kind of sucks. I don’t think a petition will hurry things up since I’ve been told a desk has been ordered. I think I’ll just pile up all my crap on the floor and maybe that will hurry things up!
