Running for More Bacon: Training Day 2
I was going to post this yesterday, but got caught up with things like work. Ah well. So, a day late, here is my report on the Great Training for the Marathon Adventure, training day 2, which was Wednesday. (I have also now finished day 3, but I’ll talk about that tomorrow. Don’t want to do too much in one day!)
Not much to report on. I ran one more interval on day 2 (7 intervals alternating 1 minute of running, and 1.5 minutes of running with a 5 minute warm-up and a 5 minute cool-down), so a few more minutes and a little farther.
I started by heading to the water.
Then up the path to the park at just past the halfway mark.
And here I am going through the park…
A peacock.
Another peacock…
And an ostentation of peacocks (you like that one???)
Then back up Simcoe towards home with some flowers and artsy shots.

I develop ADD with photos when I run too, ;D. Love the pics and the ostentation of peacocks!!
Thanks!
Awesome clarity on your pics! What device do you use, if I may ask?
Thanks! I have just been using my iPhone 6 these days, with the Camera+ app. It seems to work well for a lot of things, although I do need to learn to use my DSLR (as I keep saying). Perhaps that should be my New Year’s resolution…
I’m an Android photo taker and I’m amazed at technology that let’s us take dazzling pictures
So easy to get out and run when you’ve got somewhere lovely to do it. I love running beside water.
It does make it easier to get out there!
